Do you have parking?
Yes, we have a free parking lot. There is also street parking around the building
I have my period. Should I still come for my appointment?
Yes! Please keep your appointment.
What should I expect when I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointments. We need the extra time to get everything ready prior to you seeing the physician. You will be checked in at the front desk where we will verify your mailing address, contact information, pharmacy etc. If you are brand new to our clinic, you will fill out a questionnaire. After we take your weight and blood pressure, we will show you to an exam room to see the physician.
I do not have a valid Saskatchewan Health Card. Is this a problem?
In this case you will be charged for the services you receive at our clinic. We take payment in cash or cheque made out to your doctor. Although your exact case may require additional charges, our consult fees are as follows (subject to change):
New consult: $172.00
Follow up visit: $63.50.
Any further testing or procedures will bring additional cost above these fees.
These fees are directly in relation to what the Saskatchewan Medical Association suggests for payment (www.sma.sk.ca/59/fees-uninsured.html).
Do you complete medical forms?
In most cases we do. Please bring the form with you to your appointment. Your doctor will complete the forms after clinic hours and we will call you when it is complete. We do charge your forms.
Small, simple forms: $20
Large, more complex forms: $40
This is payable in case or by cheque made our to your physician. We do not release forms until payment is received. Depending on your insurance, you may be able to be reimbursed for these fees.
